1. Nature of the Platform

Sadaqah-e-Jariyah is a free, non-profit digital directory designed to connect donors directly with Masjids in Aligarh requiring financial assistance. We do not collect, hold, or process any funds. All transactions are strictly peer-to-peer (donor to Masjid) using third-party UPI applications.

2. User Responsibilities & Accuracy of Information

By registering a Masjid or project on this platform, you agree that:

• All provided information (project scope, financial requirements, UPI IDs) is 100% accurate and truthful.
• You are an authorized representative (committee member) of the respective Masjid.
• Funds received will be utilized solely for the stated purpose.

We reserve the right to remove any project listing at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the project fails our physical verification process.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Sadaqah-e-Jariyah acts solely as a facilitator of information. We are not responsible for:

• Failed, pending, or incorrect UPI transactions.
• The misuse of funds by the receiving parties.
• Tax exemptions or the issuance of donation receipts (80G/12A), which must be handled directly by the Masjid if applicable.

Donors are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before making any financial contributions.

4. Platform Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. As a free community service, we make no guarantees regarding website uptime, data retention, or uninterrupted service.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
